Payson (AZ) DOG May 28, 2011
You're invited to the Annual Payson DOG (Dutch Oven Gathering) to be held this year on Saturday,
May 28, 2011 at Rumsey Park in Payson Arizona with a serving time of 6pm. Rumsey Park is located on
McLane Road in Rumsey Park just north of the Payson Library.
Plan now to attend and bring your Dutch ovens & supplies to make one of your favorite dishes to share
in a potluck style event and have some fun socializing with other Dutch oven cooks in the cooler
climates of Payson. Come see the tools of the trade and taste some wonderful foods prepared in these
wonderful black cast iron pots. If you are new to Dutch Oven cooking, but want to learn, THIS is a
great opportunity for that to happen! Come see what all the fun is about! Look forward to seeing you
there!

Welcome to the Snake Black Pots Chapter Page.
We are working on a more fully functional web page where you will be able to find local Chapter and Dutch Oven events and news.
While we would encourage everyone in our Chapter area to become a member of the Chapter and IDOS, you do not have to be a member to drop by one of our events or to participate in DOGs (Dutch Oven Gatherings), come to classes, or compete in local cook-offs. We would enjoy meeting all of the Dutch Oven enthusiasts in the area.
We look forward to building the Dutch Oven community in Southeast Idaho through Good Food, Good Fun, and Good Friends.
