FRESH SMOKED SALSA
 
Anna Baker
10" Dutch Oven
8 Briquettes on Top
10 Briquettes on Bottom
 
3 Large Tomatoes
1 Large Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Jalapeno
 
 Cook vegetables on grill until they start to turn black. Remove from grill and into a 10" Dutch Oven that has been preheated and add 2 tablespoons Olive oil. Remove the seeds and vain from pepper chop all vegetables add to oil, add 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until flavors are mixed together cool and service.
